“As we enter Autumn, we find it to be the time when we naturally adapt how we live and eat. The summer days are fading and the endless hours of sitting outside with chilled drinks are becoming but a happy memory. Our bodies start to feel the freshness on the air and our stomachs ache for something to warm us from the inside. Soups and woolly jumpers begin to become the things we naturally reach for. We are automatically adapting to the turning of the year and so we should relish it. This time is the perfect time for reflection and also for dreaming for the future.”
