We are very excited to be hosting Chelsey Pippin Mizzi, a Shadow Work expert and the author of The Tarot Spreads Yearbook, Tarot for Creativity and the very recently published The Shadow Path, from which many of the practices will be taken.
While popularised by Jungian Archetypal Psychology, Shadow Work draws on a rich tradition of spiritual practices that span centuries, from tarot, astrology and spellcraft to meditation, all of which acknowledge that the more willing we are to look into our depths and uncover what is concealed, the more at peace we will be with ourselves and our world.
