This lecture will be headed by Ode (Oday) Bi Tola. Oday is an adeptus exempt of over 40 years, and a Babalawo (Yoruba priest) of over 25 years.
Oday will be assisted by his priestess who is an Apetebi Ifa and an aborisha.
The lecture will cover the following topics:
- Putting the pieces together,
- The physical power of the Ancestors,
- the esoteric foundation for contact between the living and the dead,
- encountering demons and the hungry dead; and
- assembling a good ancestral practice.
After this lecture there will be a short break after which there will be a practical workshop commencing with an individual divination session for each participant which will ascertain which ancestor is closest to them at this time and will be the foundation for their individual ancestor veneration practice.
The workshop will then proceed with the best practice in ancestor work and will culminate with a group ritual of veneration with each of your ancestral lineages.
